Oral and Panel Presentation Schedule (Outline)
Please check your presentation slot by an abstract number which you can find on the acceptance letter.
Order of the numbers in each slot does not reflect presentation order. The detailed timetable will be released by mid-May.
We will not change the presentation schedule for personal reasons, however, please contact us if you see any conflicts.
Timetable (Outline)
We are currently making the conference timetable, however, we would like to share the outline so you can start to plan your trip. The detailed timetable will be released by early May. Please wait for the update.
13th June Registration Open 8:30 am - Conference Close 9:00 pm (6:30 pm-9:00 pm Dinner)
14th June Registration Open 8:00 am - Conference Close 5:00 pm
Please watch out for the ACCEPTANCE EMAILS!!!
If you have already received an acceptance email please pre-register early to help the organising committee run the conference smoothly, although the deadline is May 31, 2024.
If you know that you are not attending the conference, please let us know as soon as possible so we can give the slot to others.
We are expecting over 300 attendees from all over the world. We look forward to meeting you at the conference!!

Please send us a form <link> to request documents. It will take at least a week to prepare the
document so please let us know as soon as possible. You may request your document
once you pay the registration fee in full regardless of your abstract acceptance status.
Invitation Letter
Please send us an email <easp.fiss.2024@gmail.com> with your abstract acceptance notice
or registration receipt. The invitation letter will be sent out on request. If you wish to have
any information included in your invitation letter, please state the details in your email.
If you wish to request invitation letters on behalf of your co-authors, please state that clearly
in your request email. Please also understand that it will take at least a week for us to
prepare the letter.
